A new album was offered on cassette, which included former Rags JD, JC, Lee Steel, Jeffery Levy, Mark Scott, Nancy Sebek, as well as newcomers Kevin Fabbi and Dave Stevenson. The concept was simple: Record and release some compositions. Take some older tracks as well and create a small run cassette album.

In April 1992, two songs were laid down in Florida, as well as previously recorded solo material from some of the artists mentioned. The plan included the possibility of live performances. There would be no boundaries to the project. Everyone mixed and matched music and players until enough music had been compiled for release.

"Some classic unreleased Rags material was included on this album as well. This project took a little time to develop properly, but was lots of fun for all involved.

This album also contained a track from David Peel with Yoko Ono and Scot Yvel (JL). The album is what it says it is... selections from unreleased albums. It contained compositions that just never made it, for one reason or another, to albums in the past.
