One day, this guy calls, and asks Jeff to take a listen to an Ottawa based dark rock band. At first, Jeff refuses. About a month later the gentleman approaches again, this time requesting Jeff's attendance at the band's premiere performance. Taking into consideration, Jeff's unwillingness to cross the "no show" underground music lines, he had set out for himself since moving to Canada, he reluctantly submits to the request, and arrives at the gig.

After weeks of negotiation, Jeff took upon himself, the task of co-producing the bands first CD project... "SOLIDAD". When asked what convinced him to undertake the project, Jeff replied "I've been laying low in Ottawa for years from a musical perspective, and I guess it was just time to open up the windows a bit more.

The album, which had been recorded at Ottawa's state of the art studio, DISTORTION (famous for the "One-to-One", "Sal's Birdland" , "Artificial Joyclub", and Alanis Morrisette albums) wrapped up in Late spring, 1993.

The CD was co-produced with veteran engineer and former Polygram/ATCO artist Frank Levin (keyboardist for "Eight Seconds"), and mastered by Leslie Howe (former producer/songwriter for Alanis Morrisette.

The album incorporates the talents of the band, along with the superior creative lending's of Louise Reny (One-to-One), Frank Levin and Andres Del Castellio (Eight Seconds), Doug Bradshaw, and yours truly.
